I haven’t received an email confirmation
Make sure you check your spam folder. You can add us to your contacts so emails from us always arrive in your inbox. If the confirmation isn’t there and payment has come out of your account then send us an email at info@petit-tresor.store
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our fulfilment company aims to process and dispatch your items within 2 working days. All items are then sent out via DPD 2 day service. If you would like to receive your items on the next day service please send us an email BEFORE you order.
Will you be getting items back in stock?
All the items we source are second hand, vintage or antique meaning they are normally one of-a-kind, however we do sometimes see the same items more than once. You can register your interest by signing up for notifications when an item has sold out. You will find details on how to do this by clicking on the item you want on our shop all page.
I am looking to buy some items for my restaurant/business, is this something you do?
We have soured items for restaurants and bars and we would be more than happy to help. Give us an email at info@petit-tresor.store with some detail on what you are after, any inspiration images and budget.
