U.K Orders
We ship from our warehouse in Birmingham and we aim to process your orders within 2-3 days. All orders are sent via DPD tracked service and prices are listed below. Appropriate postage will be added at your basket depending on the weight of the item you are purchasing.
DPD TWO DAY SERVICE - SMALL HOMEWARES
Small order less than 1kg £5.50
Standard order 1-2kg £6.90
Heavier order 2-3kg £8.70
Max order 3kg+ £9.70
FURNITURE COURIERS
Smaller furniture (sinks, tall stools etc) - £40
Mid size furniture (console tables, chairs) - £50
Larger furniture (dressers, cupboards) - £70
If you order more than one piece of furniture your delivery price will be the cost of the larger item only.
International orders
We are currently not shipping any international orders due to various postage strikes and cancellations. Check back on this page for updates or feel free to send us a message on instagram
Lost or broken items
Rarely parcels may be lost or arrived damaged. If this is the case please take pictures of your item and the packaging. If these aren’t shown a refund will not be available.
Refunds
Due to the nature of petit trésor all items are vintage and sold as seen, this means we don’t issue refunds. Please read all descriptions and view all images to make sure you are happy before purchasing, If your unhappy with your purchase or have any queries please email and we will do our absolute best to resolve your problem.
